I'm probably one the biggest believers in allowing players to behave however they want as long as it isn't breaking rules or making other players uncomfortable; 100% agree with Vetes. The only reason the name RAPE CLAN has lasted this long is because Cuddles and other members know the rules well and understand they cannot say or imply that they'll do that to people. The moment something like this happens, the name would be changed to avoid all future risk.

You're pretty spot on with your understanding with one minor addition I like to tell people, just don't be super weird/inappropriate about it, whatever *it* might be. Your clan being named rape is one thing, I'm personally not a fan, but the second you/people in your clan go around saying they're going to rape people, or imply that, that's where a line is definitely crossed. So far I haven't noticed that behaviour thankfully. I appreciate your introspection and consideration to others to revert your name. Thank you for that. As for the suggestion itself, I can see where you're coming from, it can be very distasteful (I'm sure especially to new players) to go around and see names such as the ones you mentioned. It's one thing for people to be saying it to eachother (in a non-offensive way), but I think seeing it as pop up notifications, in various UIs, or as text around the map isn't a good look. At the same time, like I said above, I think if they're not being weird with it, or targeting anyone, than really no harm done. Overall my opinion is +/- for adding a rule for this and it may be better to moderate it if people have complaints about specific ones.
