I feel like the server needs a staff member that's able to be both active for moderation and for player interactions. I have a history of doing RP only builds and bases meant for players to have fun with each other, examples being my weed store and pizza trailer. I feel like if I were staff, I could provide even more to the server. How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better? - I feel like my nearly encyclopedic knowledge of the rules can be a great resource for quick and easy sits, as a lot of the time, players just want to play their game and sometimes staff sits go on for too long. I believe that the quickness that I can provide in staff sits can make the environment of Aether better so players can get back to the game they came here to play. We are all here to play DarkRP and I want everyone to be able to do that with minimal interruptions. I believe I can provide that type of environment. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? - Yes, time and time again. Space for any extra comments you might have - I understand that some of the higher ups may have concerns about me holding biases. I can ensure that it will not be a concern. I am someone that can and will absolutely throw all personal opinions out the window in a professional setting when it is needed. I can hold my opinions of players in game (like every staff member already does, don't lie.) And at the same time, follow the rules accordingly. I will not no-clip in front of everyone and blame everyone else for my faults. I will not jail players for 30 minutes off of a single RDM warn. I will not go inactive for long periods of time and then commit a failraid when I am on the server. I can promise that every concern the higher ups have will not be an issue in a staffing environment. Also, Patriots are better than Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes ain't even 10% of Tom Brady. Rule Questionnaire  Give one example of RDM: RDM (Random Death Match) Is the act of dealing damage to another player with no specified RP related reason. A classic example is a no-hour-nuisance joining the server with no intent of role play (referred to as NITRP) and walking up to the Aether Special (Enzo's Gun Locker) and buying an M249. Then proceeding to walk to fountain and commit a No Russian on everyone in sight. [Refer to Basic Rule #5] Give one example of NLR: NLR (New Life Rule) revolves around two concepts. One of which is "You remember nothing from your past life in RP." and the other is "You can not return to your point of death for a certain period of time for RP reasons." On Aether, the period of time is 3 minutes, with exceptions given in certain scenarios, which I will bring up at the end of the paragraph. A common example of NLR is a player being killed for a valid reason in RP, then that player proceeding to return to their death point and kill their previous killer. Which would be both NLR and RDM. NLR does not apply to hits, and during raids, the NLR timer goes up to 10 minutes (or until a raid ends) if your base gets raided and you die during the raid. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: There are two signs this can apply to. One of them is a sign that says "RP Only" which indicates that the base is for role play purposes only, such as a store or a theater. There is also the "BUILDING" sign which is to be used when a player is actively building a base. Violating either of these can result in a Fail Base warn. The signs must be size 75 or higher, and placed in a clearly visible spot near the entrance. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: Typically, no. However, if you survive the attack, then yes. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: I mentioned some earlier, but I will repeat them. All of which I witnessed on Aether and were performed by staff that have since then been demoted. Staff are not supposed to no-clip in front of players. Staff must follow the staffing handbook, and any punishments outside the guidelines are very bad no good don't do that >:(. Taking sits improperly can be seen as an abuse of power as that can involve biases. Staff sometimes can ignite or car crash random innocent players, which is also no good.

Hello Keemo, I was also a ret player. Wonder if you might remember me. Welcome back!

Just getting back into the dark rp stuff, took a break for 3-4 years but was an everyday ret player for the better side of 4-5 years till aether opened. would be cool to see some familiar faces!

other than my argument with yungod, i have been trying to be positive seeing as a lot of dark rp servers revolve around the opposite. i have no issue with helping out new players or giving deals on loans, even talking about real life i do not mind. i applied because i felt very included and wanted to offer that help and support you needed as i already knew i liked the server.    because of how i handled the interaction i feel like myself as a person would be unfit for the role, i do not get angry a lot but i do have difficulty with frustration. the server is very good to play on, the oldheads of the server are always willing to help if they have the time, the mods are also very polite and willing to listen, they are  all very precise with when they choose to take action and those are virtues for an amazing mod team!   i have the patience to sit down and talk and i am also a transparent guy, it helps me work things out.  ill stay here fishing and drug making, but i am willing to admit i have doubts and do not see myself as a good fit.
