first off this staff app is one of the best I've seen, you put extreme effort into this and I can see it you have the bare minimum in game time but I am sure you can add more to it while this staff app is up, I have only interacted with you a handful of times but 9 times out of 10 you are making other players laugh or giving them a helping hand the way you would handle sits is on point to what we are looking for and i can tell you read through the punishment guidelines and rules very thoroughly I have yet to look at your warns so once i am in game ill take a look but other then that i see no reason to -1 this app.   Hope to see you in game keep up the activity and positive vibes !    +1

Giving a helping hand. As the player count grows, the staff team shall grow with it. I am currently able to be on at times that some other staff members can’t be. Some are busy with real life priorities, while I currently have a lot of time on my hands. Even when I lose most of that free time, I will seek to give a helping hand to any that may need it. I’m always available in discord when questions need answered, in-game, and I am working on being more available on the forums. Besides availability, I’ve had staffing experience before. I was a Head Admin on IFN DarkRP, Senior Mod on IFN ImperialRP, Senior Mod on IFN Clone Wars, Moderator on IFN CityRP, and Staff on IFN Rust Servers. I even helped staff / host in Vrchat club communities. During my time on the IFN DarkRP staff team, I was a mentor lead & gamemaster manager. With all that experience and dabbling in different sides of the gmod community, and other communities. It has helped me learn to deal with plenty of different scenarios, and meeting different kinds of people out there on the internet. I feel having experience in different areas, and learning from past mistakes or even learning from others past mistakes, and being able to reach all kinds of diversity is important. My experience as a player has been amazing, I’d love to help the next player enjoy their experience on Aether!   Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I have read all the rules fully, I even have the rules book marked on the google tabs to look back on in situations I may be unsure of. I feel comfortable enforcing the rules, and if I’m ever unsure I’ll look back or seek further help.   Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: I will always be willing to listen to another staff member of any rank. I feel if I’m ever in the wrong I should of course be corrected in the correct manner. It’s good to respect all staff and their opinions. Any rank should be respected higher or lower than you. So yes I will listen to a staff even if I don’t need help I will take it.   Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish at least 50 sits every 2 weeks?: Yes! I currently play on the server 2 - 5 hours a day. And most of the time not many staff are on, so I hope to assist with anyone needing a staff during those times. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: Aftering doing a /advert raid or any /advert raid (pd, bank, party, etc) You have 10 minutes from your raid advert to complete or fail. If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: What initiates a raid?: Raids are initiated whenever said person, who is of a job to to raid puts in chat “/advert raid” or “/advert raid (pd, bank, party, etc)” There are plenty of different raids, and when they fail or are finished you put “/advert raid over” If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: If raidables are present and out in the open not protected. No /advert or raid tools are needed (also no cooldown) Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): “/advert Bank Raid” If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, you need to announce the raid before killing anyone apart of the base. You also have to be within mic distance, and outside the place you are raiding before adverting raid. If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No, you’d have to wait the raid cooldown. Which is 30 minutes to raid the same base. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, this is considered revenge RDM which is just RDMing the person back. You should instead make a sit and have a staff handle any situation that was against the rules. But if you are killed, and a party member is nearby they can kill the person due to you being in a party. A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: I would give a verbal warning depending on the situation and if they have any warns. It is considered attempted rdm, but they player being punched is in the rights to kill them as well for damaging. So if it is getting out of hand, I believe action should be taken, but in some of these situations the player can do /advert warns or kill when being damaged. List all default Laws of The Land:  1) Raiding and Stealing is illegal 2) Entities detected by the contraband scanner are illegal 3) Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base 4) Laws can be enforced with KOS if a player is wanted How many bases can you own per party?: The amount of bases you can own per party is.. raidable base and 1 RP-Only base per party A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Situations like this can vary.. If I’m dealing with a sit where I’m being talked over, I’d ask them to either take turns speaking or I’d have to gag them until it’s there turn. If someone is not responding, and the player making the sit has proof I could continue with the sit if the proof lines up with the story. If there isn’t proof and the player being reported is afk, refusing to co-operate, or left the game. Depending on that situation I’d wait to speak to them alone, or ask another staff for help. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Depending on the severity of the situation yes you can punish the player according. If the player is harassing or breaking rules, you can take action. Everyone has fun on video games in there own way, but taking it too far and causing others to not have their fun is just silly. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: Nocliping into bases and stealing raidables. I’d take it up the chain of command, never deal with it myself. And make sure I have proof if needed. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would bring them to a sit, and freeze them if they can’t sit still. I would ask them the reasons why they are killing people, if they is no said reason, I’d jail them for the according time that I can jail for, and send it up the COC for further punishments. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: If the mayor is brought into a staff sit, and they don't explain why there was a lockdown and refuse to stop the lockdown.
