Rush hour application, staffing isnt the most fun recently, get more well known, eat carrot, try again in a bit and expand ur answers. -1   If you sus reply you dont eat carrot

I haven't interacted with you very much. The little encounters I've had aren't bad Seems your app is a little slim and could come across as rushed. -1  

-1 enzo and monica got pretty much everything but figured i should add trust me when i say wanting to have fun and wanting to be apart of the staff team are very different things, sure some people (Me included) found or do find the absolute chaos of staffing to be enjoyable, but for the average player to call it anything other than stressful is an understatement. it is fun in its own way but at times its more of a job than playing the game, and alot of the time you will be forced to put your own enjoyment out of the way to make sure others have an enjoyable time on aether. you have to remember not every masser is going to outright admit to massing and will usually lie as much as possible (sometimes with friends) you instead should look twards the victims of the situations for answers read the rules on this a lil closer as enzo said you /mute and /gag are much more reliable options in these situations and in many others  you should also read thru the staff handbook again if you havent already VVVVV   https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B8epud7h4ptV5xRB5LDK19VGJ1J5Ntr60uKqJxRyKGg/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.ab12tea4elen ^^^^^the staff handbook (you should read it)  -1

A player can still steal raidables as long their job description states that they can. Correct, but please explain why is that the case. This raid advert isn't allowed on Aether. What if he didn't have any pervious warns? What do you do from there? You mean physgun? Also, you must issue a gag / mute upon the player if the show signs of refusing to cooperate and continue on with the admin sit. If they're in disfavour of your punishment, they have to make a staff report / warn removal on the forums rather than making a support ticket on the aether discord. How long will you ban them for? Yes and no. I would only warn the person if it's a repeated offense based on their warns.
