Its been more than a year since you were staff on Aether and you've just recently come back I think if you want to staff you should re-apply entirely and stay consistent with your activity. -1

+/- I've interacted with you a couple times and all times have been great 🙂 but yea what ThiccYe said, I would like to see more activity in game, discord, and the forums.

-/+ leaning a bit towards -1 for what Thiccye pointed out, it's mainly your lack of current activity and why you received a re-rank removal and a lot of people from then have moved on whilst some had stayed, so you'll have to meet more of the current standing community but you definitely could still be staff just may have to restart but I think some time should be given till ultimately decided that this is denied

-1 Seems like you have only been back playing on the server for a little over a week. Given your previous long breaks in activity, I think you need much more consistent time played, as well as more community interaction before trying for staff again

+1 Obviously you are capable enough and knowledgeable enough for staffing, but my main concern is that you may not go into this thinking of it as a complete fresh start for staffing on the server. A lot of things have changed, including the standard of staffing, since you were trained years ago. If go through your tmod phase assuming you already know everything, then it’ll be much more likely for you to neglect the critiques that other staff will be giving you. Go into this with the mindset of it being a true fresh start and forget about any previous training you’ve had if you seriously want to commit to being staff again.

Changing my vote to, +1, Your staff app is quite detailed and gets straight to the point. Has a clear knowledge on the rules and how to give out proper staff related punishments. He has showcased to be quite levelheaded which is just as much of an importance when being staff. Had no negative interactions with you prior to the creation of the staff app.

Changing my vote to, +1, While he has went MIA from staffing for 2 years, he showcased that he is quite knowledgeable and up to date with the server rules. He has also accepted the fact that he has fked up (referring to his discord ban that was lifted) and willing to improve moving forward. Extremely active on the server and has shown to be quite level headed which is quite an importance while being staff. Had no negative interactions with your prior to the creation of the staff app.

Updated Police Department Rules: Police Department Rules Illegal activity must be followed by an arrest unless the player is wanted or raiding, you can fast-wanted a player by right clicking with the nightstick whilst looking at them. If the player is wanted or raiding you can KOS them or arrest them.

Leaning towards +1 now after a respectful conversation and chat i feel more comfortable on if Novva becoming a staff again is a good idea or not

I'm kinda suspicious of you, and a bit concerned with your involvement benind the reason you were banned from the discord. Mainly only the victim and perhaps Jouaram could testify. You were unbanned so I want to trust you didn't have the ill intentions but i am still wary of you. May time change that may it not.
