Are you currently happy with your activity on the server and Forums as a player?: I feel that my activity over the past few days on the server has been good, I have never been a person to be very active on the forums over long periods of time, but I do keep up to date with everything that goes on and will post my opinions if / when I feel needed.

Have you read the most up to date rules and Staff Handbook?: I have been keeping up to date with all updates / rule changes since the day I was relieved of staffing a few months ago.

Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish at least 50 sits every 2 weeks?: I do honestly think that I will be able to meet / exceed the minimum requirements, I feel this break of staffing is what I needed. I am ready and able to come back full force and give it a good run again.

This is the clip I was given by rzor, It looks like a intentional kill that you are trying to claim crossfire. I gave you a chance to provide your own clip to get your perspective on things but you declined.

Along with the MRDM and PropBlocking of spawn, it has also been found that the player was using racism/slurs in /ooc and random demotes. The player has been permanently banned.

I would say if its a easy change then it would be good but if it would take a lot of figuring then it should stay as is. These items have been around forever and you should know what to expect from them.

I think this would help newer players because some of the stuff can be misleading if you don't know how the server operates with low damage/rigged perm guns and "loads of money" does not give you loads of money.

I know why @Jouaram added this is to limit the scope that players can be shot from, but there is a easy work around to this by using thin long plastic props that really make this addition useless. I could see this being changed maybe to work better because as it is now it just makes building more difficult and requires more thinking but you can still make a base as if this wasn't a thing.

After looking through logs it has been found that this player was attempting to crash the server. With your video evidence of additional rule breaking including NiTRP, this player will be permanently banned.

If they are not past your KOS sign you need to /advert warn them 10s to get away then after you may kill them.

also I was doing other stuff at the time so that may be why my discord response was kind of uwu.

I will make a formal response now.

Someone made a sit saying that you rdm'd him and said a slur, a few seconds passed and he made another sit about nlr. I was busy at the time so I couldn't tend to it right away so when he asked in ooc chat I then took his sit and we looked at the video together before bringing you. The video showed you killing him for what seems like a hit but you did not advert a hit raid and after he was killed it did not show he was killed by a hitman. The kid came back as it was rdm and went back into his base and he kills you. You then come back and throw a bomb in the base witch kills him but before that you call him a "Faggot" in a very derogatory manner. 

After I am through watching the video I notice that you disconnected moments before I was going to bring you, so I banned you for a semi short reasonable amount of time by the rules you broke and there being no other way of punishing you because you disconnected

I am still looking for the guy with the video but I am willing to reduce your punishment from 1d to time served.

I am trying to find the person who made the sit and showed the video, he joined the discord and screen shared it so it will take some time.

Since this is your first time doing this type of thing I would agree for your ban to be reduced to around a week with all of your mined ores removed.
