While I understand your points, I'd like to point out that this is a rule that is pretty much never enforced, and I have never seen it be a problem as long as I have been staffing.

Scouring someone's account, finding their personal information, and then using that information in the game towards that player either as a scare tactic or just to mess with them is 100% Doxxing that player. This isn't taken lightly and a Permanent ban from the server is the appropriate punishment.

Maybe appeal in the future with actual remorse and take responsibility instead of arguing the definition.

I understand that you feel sorry about it and love to play on the server, but the fact of the matter is that you DID break the rule twice, there wasn't any mistake about how you did it. You are a long standing player who should definitely know about this rule already, so I think this warn/ban was issued correctly and there's no real reason for you to be unbanned.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on how you left the server and remove the LTAP.
I did see you playing with that group earlier in the day and I can believe that they were intentionally trying to get you in trouble if they were bored enough. So while you did break a few rules, they were all first offense and I don't think you were completely malicious about it, so the warn/ban will be reduced to just a 1 day ban. Slippery Gooch handled this with good intentions and seems like it was just a confusing night with some mingey players.
 

Crimes left the game less than 30 seconds after killing his last player, so that could only really be seen as LTAP

That’s just how life goes, people come and go, and sometimes they don’t come back. This is a community that’s thrived before they came and it’ll thrive after they leave as long as effort is put into keeping it running. 

Hop on sometimes and meet some new people and I’m sure you’ll make some new friends that’ll have great impacts on you.

Yes but basing rule 9 already covers any materialized fences being shot through would be fail base. Only material I imagine would be okay to shoot through would be the absolute clear one.

-1 doubtful you’ve change. I haven’t seen you on the server any time recently to show that you’re actually interested in the server again and have become a better behaving person 

I don’t think the Previous Warns need to be taken into account when we are just trying to judge wether a rule was broken or not in this specific scenario. 
 

I don’t think it would make sense for Legend to just be repeatedly saying a slur in the middle of fountain, unprovoked, and have nobody else nearby by catch it and say something. 
 

The clip we’ve seen is just too garbled to make out any specific word 100%, and shouldn’t be used as evidence for the warn/ban. 
 

Without any proper evidence to back up the ban, I think we can chalk this up to a misunderstanding and accept this appeal.

I feel like I have seen instances of slight immaturity or quick temper in the past, but since this application has been up you have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and welcoming to others and have shown a lot of dedication to playing the server. 

Good application and I think you definitely have earned a chance at staffing.

Your activity has fallen off a bit, but its not too terrible. 

I have also have some slight concerns about your maturity and how well you will take criticisms, but also not major enough for you to not deserve a shot at staffing.

If your activity picks back up to a consistent and frequent level then I think you could definitely earn a chance at T-Mod

Looks like part of this report was resolved that next morning by Perc, but the rest unfortunately cannot be looked into as logs don't go back far enough and the pictures posted are no longer available.
