+1 Very good application, major improvement from your last one. You seem very mature and have never seen you cause on the trouble, I’m sure you would do very well as staff.

I’m surprised I didn’t see this one coming. Pretty decent application, you have a good grasp of the rules and the only problems I see are minuscule and can be easily fixed with training. From personal interactions with you, you’re very mature and respectful, and an overall fun player to be around. I see no reason why you shouldn’t be given a chance at staffing. +1

I absolutely loved playing with you, talking and listening to Frank Ocean with you! You’re such a kind person and a great member of the community. IIRC there’s a role that strips you from being able to do literally anything other than moving. We could prob give you that

You’ve also got great activity and you are very much loved by the community. My only concerns are that you seem to wear your heart on your sleeve a bit and would hate to see you let emotions get in the way of staffing. You’ve been doing really good lately though so that could all be irrelevant. I think you would be a great fit on the staff team and I’m excited to see how you do.

You need to follow this format if applying for staff

+/- You have good rule knowledge, which I’ve learned from personal experiences with you. You also from what I’ve seen know really well when to enforce the rules, and when to show leniency and compassion. However, this application seems a bit rushed with answers that lack depth and show character, which I know you have plenty of. Answering just Yes or No shows little effort put into the application. Along with this your current low playtime shows you haven’t been back long, which I can look past given my interactions with you, but you should still put time into building your hours and some community support. +1 This is an easy +1 for me. You have been a very good member of the community as long as I’ve been here, you’re very mature and friendly and every interaction I’ve had with you has been nothing but pleasant and fun. I think you would be a phenomenal fit for staff. I do wish you had put some more effort into your application though, some of the questions you shouldn’t have gotten wrong, and you do have a good amount of spelling/grammar errors. (Hard to judge though since we have tango as admin) You also should try to be more active on the forums while this application is up, as that is an important part of being staff, show us you can make good constructive comments. Your positives far outweigh the negatives though; I very much look forward to your T-Mod phase.

Called it! Your application is very well and from personal interactions with you, you are very mature and capable of taking on a staff position. Although I do recommend while this application is up, you should play more with the regular players on the street. You have been spending a lot of time in admin land and hanging out with us, which is great, but you need to build a community presence and get some player support to back you up, which I feel is very important for staffing. +1

+1 I've had some pretty good interactions with you and you do seem pretty mature for your age, and I think you've made a pretty good impact on the server despite your low hours. Definitely keep it up and get some more hours while this app is active and I'm sure you'll definitely be worthy of a shot at T-mod

Switching to a +1 on this app. Since this was first posted Tapu has put in good hours and I’ve had very positive interactions with him. Tapu has shown a good level of maturity and care for the server, and I think will preform very well if given the opportunity at T-Mod. You may have jumped the gun a little bit with this application but I hope others will revisit this with a fresh take.
