[+1] Pagan is a good friend of mine so it could be easy for me to draw bias and give a positive reputation without explaining why I see him fit so let me explain. I've known Pagan for a little while now and I can say with my word he's a humble, relaxed, and mature guy. Pagan knows how to handle stressful situations and he is able to keep a level head when enduring something new or unusual, without a doubt I know he can uphold the rules of the server and show everyone equal respect and treatment. This is a 100% yes in my book and I believe beef has the experience, drive, and professionalism to bring not only a staff member who does their job but one who excels and brings a positive experience to the community.

-1/+1 Within the last week of posting the application activity one day can be 10 hours then the next Danny is on for 15-20 minutes, 6 out of 8 days you are only on for a decent amount of time but it seems I haven't seen you much on the forums other than your own application, and no activity on the discord (wasn't able to find a single message) if you want to become a staff member I believe you need a bit more recognition in the community and build more of a name for yourself if you post a bit more on these platforms I'll be happy changing to a +1

So so sorry to hear about your loss bro, that shit hits home for me I've lost so many family and friends due to not only old age but being taken way too early I understand the pain and confusion that it brings, hopefully you can find some peace in other things and find some sort of happiness in making your mothers dreams come true, may anything you believe in or others believe in protect you and lead you in a positive path.

+1 I'm going to go ahead and +1 this due to the fact that your application is decent, it doesn't look rushed and you seem to show you have a decent understanding of what it takes to staff, I'd be nice to get a bit more forum activity although checking your in-game activity it doesn't look bad, good luck.
