that would be nice if there was, would add some basis but it does look like he's not talking to anyone in the clip, that with whatever he was saying nword or not, it was just saying it out to say it out but maybe he was speaking to someone

If you mostly all don't hear the nword still that is fine, i'm willing to put this past, i hear it myself especially the last time he says it, is very clear to me, i don't hear makeuh at least if he said something else, it doesn't make sense he was saying it, he should know better himself so that is a good reason why it doesn't make sense but i hear it and i'll wait for Jouarams opinion on this

Yeah slowing it down, he definitely says the hard r, there is no m, nor make nor uh sound, you can hear it very clearly when slowing it down, Pancakes should be putting the clip hear shortly.

I don’t think it would make sense for Legend to just be repeatedly saying a slur in the middle of fountain, unprovoked, and have nobody else nearby by catch it and say something. 
 

The clip we’ve seen is just too garbled to make out any specific word 100%, and shouldn’t be used as evidence for the warn/ban. 
 

Without any proper evidence to back up the ban, I think we can chalk this up to a misunderstanding and accept this appeal.

It doesn't make sense however at the same time, it sounds at least with the last time he said it pretty clear to me i can slow it down and try to figure it out that way though on which my answer will perhaps change

"Makeuh" is not something i hear at all just like Pancakes here, i hear what sounds like the nword, nword then the hard r nword being quite clear the ears, i just don't hear "makeuh".

Keep in mind that rule is different for Banks and PD, you are allowed to raid again after 20 minutes if its pd or bank.

With this all being said, i believe just like Perc that anything wrong here in the application is nothing that couldn't be fixed during your trial moderator phase, your staff application is actually really good in my opinion especially after the fixes besides some things to point out still though, for all that i've interacted with you, you've been/ came off a chill, cool and level headed guy, i've had only fun for all that i have hanged out with you so far, it's really fitting for staff to stay level headed and chill about things when needed, your activity now is also pretty good in my opinion and i've seen you've gotten to know some of if not a lot of the current community of players usually playing, so keep this up, continue studying the rules and of which i highly suggest you studythe staff handbook too whilst your at it. For me this is a +1 as i see not really an reason to -1 or to go with -/+ right now. Good luck!

I'm unsure if i had gotten to meet you long ago however based on what i've read here and other things i've read, in my opinion i think removing the perma ban would be fine but with that for you to be closely watched, the behavior you have previously shown was in no shape or form suitable for an healthy community and so i hope that this behavior if un-banned does not continue. Obviously this isn't up to me or anyone who accepts your apologies here it's up to Jouaram and i can understand why Jouaram would not be okay with having you return, him seeing your words here as fake, he has a lot of experience with this. Though as i said i'm willing to give you the chance myself.

This is an very well made application that i feel really no need to point out anything with.
