This ban was on behalf of @James as they were the original Staff to deal with you. That being said I reviewed the evidence causing your temporary ban from the server and found it to be very distasteful, disgusting, and downright unacceptable in any capacity and I do stand firmly on the one week ban time frame due to "excessive racism". Wait out your ban, and if you are truly remorseful when you return this behaviour will be a figment of the past.

Hey guys, I have decided to put together a folder of bases for anyone to use. These bases are relatively basic, and easy to setup. I will be updating this folder, adding more as time goes on, but for now there are several dupes all sorted and organized in this link: Base Dupes

How to import a file / Use AdvDupe2

1. Download the text file.
2. Move text file to path: /steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/data/**advdupe2**
3. Open Garry's Mod, use tool "Advanced Duplicator 2", use refresh button in top right for good measure.
4. Expand "Advanced Duplicator 2" folder
5. Right click file > Open
6. You may toggle "paste at original location" in the menu.
7. Left click to paste.

Adding on to ThiccYe's response, as I agree with all points made;

Staff members should have a level of selflessness and humility that I just don't see with you currently. I think if you were to try and be more open minded and selfless it would certainly go a long way with the community and help you in becoming a better Staff member. That being said, these are all behavioral concerns and can absolutely be addressed and worked on if you so choose. Until I see positive change in these aspects my vote shall remain a -1.

This still seems massively unfair as the raider still has to traverse the entire base and usually the defensive part of the base requires a lot less moving.

I think this would be too contextual and we should stick to a static height requirement to avoid confusion / having to check every ceiling prop in a given base.

I don't see a good reason why height restriction should be removed. It's there to give the raider space to jump, dodge, move freely and not confine them to such a small path that it's unfair for them and makes raiding unbalanced.

I personally don't think there was any malicious intent after reviewing the clip, once Luxeray does manage to damage you he stops, and in chat says "oh damn", leaving me to believe he didn't actually know he'd damage you through the wall. On the other hand, we shouldn't be trying to shoot people through walls in the first place, as they can't really defend themselves properly anyway.

Are you CERTAIN it was fail raid? I see in logs that Monke was granted access to keypads, because the owner of the keypad has him on it. He went through the bank base via keypads, and then clicked E on the vault to raid it. He doesn't need to advert before pressing if he doesn't require a raid tool to access it.

Regardless of how Monke got in, if you suspect he is fail raiding / breaking a rule. Verify in logs first and then pull him to admin land and deal with it there. At no point should you use TP sweps to get in and then kill him instead.

Upon checking logs, I fail to see where Sir Monke did ANY damage to you in the past relative amount of time. Unless you have a clip, to prove otherwise I don't see a case here. 

My apologies, but if you don't already have medal ( medal.tv <-- link to website) installed, it's worth installing.
