Are you CERTAIN it was fail raid? I see in logs that Monke was granted access to keypads, because the owner of the keypad has him on it. He went through the bank base via keypads, and then clicked E on the vault to raid it. He doesn't need to advert before pressing if he doesn't require a raid tool to access it.

Regardless of how Monke got in, if you suspect he is fail raiding / breaking a rule. Verify in logs first and then pull him to admin land and deal with it there. At no point should you use TP sweps to get in and then kill him instead.

Upon checking logs, I fail to see where Sir Monke did ANY damage to you in the past relative amount of time. Unless you have a clip, to prove otherwise I don't see a case here. 

My apologies, but if you don't already have medal ( medal.tv <-- link to website) installed, it's worth installing.

Bee, your application is filled out quite well. Your playtime is extensive and you seem to have a firm grasp on the rules. My only concern at this point is these few warnings, some are as recent as a couple weeks ago. I think aside from the warnings I would have given a +1, but with multiple active RDM warnings and an active hate speech warning I don't feel comfortable endorsing you at this time, sorry pal.

I miss the ATM system we had to be honest. If there was a way to have something similar (with a higher limit than 3b) that didn't impact performance that would be super epic.

My biggest issue with the whole situation is how the sit was conducted. I really hope this was just a one-off moment, because that is not the Mr Pecker I know. You have to remain professional and level headed at all times especially in Staffing situations.

I know you will do only good from here on out. 

I do appreciate your honesty and not trying to deny the rules broken. I do believe a break is needed due to the severity. I would say try again in 3+ months after you've had time to really reflect on this.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: [I believe all owners of the Reflective Bucket will be much happier if it receives a buff. Right now it doesn't appear to do much reflecting and it practically useless (as shown in the medal link above, I lose 300 hp and the attacker only loses 7hp and 28 armor), and thus we don't see anyone using it anymore. ]

Garry's Mod is super nostalgic for me. When I got my first computer, Garry's Mod was the first game I downloaded and played. My favourite things to do were RP as a gun dealer in DarkRP or play JailBreak (RIP). Garry's Mod today still takes me back to those times. Something about it just feels right.

I forgot about the white paint gun. If it can be fixed then +1.

I have been waiting for this! Can't wait to see you back on Staff!

Maybe don't RDM your "friends" and they won't report you? Once that report is made there's no undoing it. And from there it's ENTIRELY up to the staff member that takes that sit, what the outcome will be, regardless of what you think or your friend thinks.

Getting tired of replying to these tbh. You break rules, you get reported and are punished appropriately.
