Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No): Yes any criticism is good criticism regardless the rank. Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week? (Yes/No): Yes. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes from initiation. What initiates a raid?: Your or your teams first attempt at breaching initiates a raid. If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: You may only kill them if they are within interfering distance and after the raid is initiated. List 3 default Laws of The Land: Raiding is illegal, Money Printing/Drugs are illegal, murder is illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Asses the situation, if the player in the sit continues to refuse to cooperate punish accordingly seeing as they have no intent to RP. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): If I saw a staff member abusing his/her power by Godmode RDM I would start recording for proof, take multiple screen shots copy steam ID's he killed try to talk to him see why he's doing it. Then report it to his next in command sending them the video and said evidence. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM is random death match killing a player without reason in RP, RDA is random arresting, jailing civilians without proper cause, and NLR is new life rule you are to forget everything from your past life and continue on RP even if with the person that just killed you. Xrel Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 [+1] Pagan is a good friend of mine so it could be easy for me to draw bias and give a positive reputation without explaining why I see him fit so let me explain. I've known Pagan for a little while now and I can say with my word he's a humble, relaxed, and mature guy. Pagan knows how to handle stressful situations and he is able to keep a level head when enduring something new or unusual, without a doubt I know he can uphold the rules of the server and show everyone equal respect and treatment. This is a 100% yes in my book and I believe beef has the experience, drive, and professionalism to bring not only a staff member who does their job but one who excels and brings a positive experience to the community. I wanna point out that I made this after he commented on my staff app, not because he gave me a -1 but because I looked at his account and saw he had a staff app up. Anyways -/+ - Bad staff application -Rdaed me for some reason one day. (But it really wasnt that serious of a rda it was this silly rp we had) - Not that active +Seems like a chill dude. I think theres a lot that can be improved. I will be keeping up with this staff app and may change my -1 later. Theres some things that could be worked on and I think trial mod might help us see potential and motive. I say give him a shot. There's been a lot of things posted on the forums, just giving your opinion or feedback on anything is good for forum activity. Or giving feedback on people's staff apps. Considering you haven't done anything horrible and don't have any glaring quality that deserves an instant denial, I don't see any reason you wouldn't be given a shot through a trial phase. You have the activity on both in-game and discord. I'd like to see what you do with an opportunity given to you.
