Then report it to his next in command sending them the video and said evidence. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM is random death match killing a player without reason in RP, RDA is random arresting, jailing civilians without proper cause, and NLR is new life rule you are to forget everything from your past life and continue on RP even if with the person that just killed you.
