    Basically whenever I'm on an off day, Ill hop on the server if able to help out. Around 4pm - 5am

DarkRP General Questions

  • How can you contribute to Aether?:
    - I think I can contibute to Aether alot with my experience and knowledge of the game and ULX commands (for staffing). But noticing around the map at late times or curtain times that people are calling for staff and there are either non online OR the only staff online are AFK and not reachable. Finding myself having to message a staff member to get on and help out. If said person has left the server making sure to get video proof of what happened.

    I really want to join the staff team like I do for most Garry's Mod DarkRP servers. I prefer to make the game better for other players. People that want to enjoy the server and not have minges ruining that for them. As well as keeping the peace for the community. But! I also want to make events and things for the players to join in on and win things or overall make people want to stay on the server.

    I am very professional with sits and take great care with how I handle them. Wither it be suspecting someone that is about to do something. I would !spectate that person to see what they see and what happens first hand before IF something were to happen. I was right there seeing it and how it would play out. Then I have all the evidence from there on out. Obviously I would want to see what the victim and suspect have to say in reguards to what happened. Because they wouldn't know what I saw compared to how their stories add up.

    Reguardless, I think that I have a lot to bring to this wonderful server! Definately something I wish to get more involved with.
  • Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No):  Yes
  • Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No):  Yes

DarkRP Rule Questions

  • Raids can last how long?:
    - 10 minutes flat, Get in/Get out Not a second longer. 20 Minutes between raids wither success or failure.
    Bonus -> If removed from party or kick from party; cannot raid till at least 15 minutes after the removal.
  • What initiates a raid?:
    - Starting off with an /advert Raid OR /advert PD Raid depending your target will initial the 10 minute countdown.
    - A killing, Fading Door Bomb, Lock-picking, Keypad Cracking, basically using any raid tool always comes       second.
  • If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?:
    - If the owner is outside the base at the time you are about to raid. The people raiding must ADVERT first and then kill them. If done the other way around it may be counted as RDM since the raid wasn't initiated yet.
    - If the owner of the base dies and comes back to the area being raided before the 3 Minute wait time is up. The raiders should call a staff member for breaking NLR. If the Owner comes back guns blazing interfering with the raid. The Owner can be killed again.

    Summing it up you can kill the owner AFTER /advert raid has been entered into chat.
  • List 3 default Laws of The Land: 
    1. Do not attack other citizens except in self-defense.
    2. Do not steal or break into people's homes.
    3. Money Printers / Drugs are illegal.
  • How many bases can you own per party?:
    - 1 Base for all the party goers.
  • A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?:
    - Starting with Freezing the player or Jailing them before they can do anything that would make the sit worse for them AND/OR Take them to a secluded area of the map away from the majority of the player base; this could be the gm_flatgrass map pasted above the rp_downtown_tits_v2 map. Before talking to them calmly and professionally to see if I can get them to talk about what happened to get both sides. If the players still refuses to co-operate with the sit at hand. I would inform them that there is no place for them to go before we deal with this. If they leave it'll just add to the guilty side of the situation. It's either talk about what happened or get punished for whatever the issue was and for not co-operating in a staff sit.
  • You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): 
    - A staff member is minging someone by physic's gunning them and annoying them; though it is clear that the player being abused doe's not like being man-handled and annoyed.

    - I would start by getting evidence just in case its needed. Wither it's Video or Photo evidence.
    - I would then attempt to pull the staff member aside to talk to them that what they are doing is against the rules and what we are staff members for. If persisting letting them know that I do have proof of what happened and I would take it up the chain of command if they didn't smarten up and act professional for the role.
  • A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): 
    NLR: New Life Rule
    RDM: Random Death Match
    RDA: Random D??? Arrest -> Basically Randomly Arresting someone.
    Add "MASS" to RDM/RDA= Meaning a player(s) are killing, arresting 3+ people back to back so on and so forth.

    RDM Exmaple: Someone buys a weapon to randomly kill someone out of RP/RULES.

    MASS RDM Example: Someone buys a weapon then continues to kill people at random with no reguard to life. Killing more then 3+ people.

    RDA Exmaple: A government offical arrests a player for no reason, no cause, didn't break the laws.

    MASS RDA Example: A Government Offical runs around arresting every person they have in their sights no matter what that person is doing. Also 3+ people arrested to make it "MASS".

    NLR Example: A player coming back to the place of death before the 3 minutes is up. Also fun fact, NLR means you cannot remember anything in your past life! Therefore you can go back and clap the person that ended your life.

    Extra Comments: Even if I don't succeed this time in the application process It wont be the last! I am determined to help out where ever is needed on the server! Obviously waiting the 1 week between each applications. But overall I am over joyed to be able to make this staff application and I can only hope for the best!

Super nice guy, Also really active for a low play time

Very detailed (More than mine) 

Knows the rules and I really feel that he could be a really good addition to the sever.

I don’t remember seeing you in game but I think this application is good enough on its own to give you a chance.

Seen you on the server and some forum activity, get some time in discord servers as well and meet the community, were kinda cool.
you seem mature and ready to staff, I've also seen you grinding in-game a lot which looks nice on leaderboard.
Your app is detailed and you took the effort to do it.
