Thanks for the update on your response  unfortunately my hours at work have been horrible this week and I haven’t had very much time to play on the weekdays during higher pop times but I’m sure I can sway you back to supporting me

I don't speak for everyone on the server obviously, I think that the majority of the players understand your name isn't malicious or promoting hate speech. The issue with your name, what I'd consider is a type of inside joke, is that players that don't know you may think you legitimately are a racist considering your name seems to label you as such. This is exactly why I think it's a bad look as potential staff member.
