Defiantly a +1 from me However, im confused. Is this a re-rank application or a new staff application, because it is written in the "New staff application format"    Cant wait to have you apart of the team again. 

!carcrash *     Jokes aside,   +1, Had no negative interactions with you prior to the creation of the staff app. Has a clear knowledge on the rules and how to give out proper staff related punishments.  He has showcased to be quite levelheaded which is just as much of an importance when being staff. Staff app is quite on point and straightforward.
