Changing my vote to, +1, Former Aether staff that has shown a willingness and drive to become staff again after a long hiatus backed up with their activity in-game, forums and discord. Has showcases on point rule and staffing knowledge. Has shown extensive server activity and communication with others within the community let alone bring a positive vibe to those around them.

+/- You've recently come back from a long hiatus and I highly suggest that you refamiliarise yourself with the DarkRP rules & staff handbook as there has been some changes / upgrades to both of them. Also, server activity is not quite there yet for me to consider a +1 at the moment.

Changing my vote to, +1, You have shown improvement and growth to your server activity and interactions with others within the community. But most importantly tho, in responds to your, "additional notes" I am close friends with several people and served as a TA for several special education related classes both out of respect and to support them. Don't let your disability stop let alone discourage you from becoming staff as I've witness several of those who suffers from the same disability as you who has achieved great success in life and making it to the top of their class in their AP / Honours class, and you, my friend are unique and I want to see more from you as a future staff on Aether. +1, Knowledgeable on the rules and how to handle staff related punishments. Although he has been warned in the past, he has demonstrated that he's willing to put it past him to use it as a learning experience as stated on his extra comment of this staff app and improve let alone taking the advice of others from his first staff into consideration which shows growth. Had no negative interactions with you prior to the creation of this staff app.

+/-, Netural due to playtime and I believe that some of the minor mistakes that you’ve made on your staff app can be fixed and look upon during your T-mod phase. I gotta give you credit and appreciate the fact that you’ve taken my response and others into consideration from your first staff app which shows that you’re willing to learn and improve.

+1, Former staff. Your staff app is quite detailed and gets straight to the point. Has a clear knowledge on the rules and how to give out proper staff related punishments. Although he has one warn on record in regards to RDM itself, he has proven that he’s also willing to learn from his mistake and move on. Had no negative interactions with you prior to the creation of the staff app. He has showcased to be quite levelheaded which is just as much of an importance when being staff.
