Arestios, I have had nothing but great interactions with you, I do agree with everyone else regarding your activity which is why I held back on responding until now. Your activity recently is picking up and I haven't seen a negative change in the way you act toward players since your return. As long as the activity stays on the up, and you are confident you can ensure the Current Staff Activity Requirement (5 or more Hours in game per week, 30 or more sits every 2 weeks) then I have no other concerns making this a +1 from me. After thinking about why I deserve to win, I have enjoyed every bit of Aether and its assets. I have enjoyed assisting players in every question and or concern they can come up with. I also enjoy the player base that Aether has, it's very unique everything from the new players up to the players that have transferred from Retribution, and Rule Following players up to Minges that get banned every other week.

Perc, You were a big impact on why I strive to staff, I remember when you joined the server to troll and then from me hanging out with you, you began following the rules learning the Staff Handbook and then a few weeks later you became a staff member. I enjoyed watching you flow within the ranks and understand that you couldn't make the weekly/bi-weekly requirements. I believe since you are filling out a Re-Rank Application you have sorted out how you will be able to meet those requirements and more. Baked, I was not present in the server whilst you were staff previously However, what I have seen over time is that you are a strong player. Understand the rules and report people when needed.
