I'll speak with him about the mic spam here in a few minutes. However, if this player is annoying you it is best to not go to their base.

Considering the push was removed, I think this swep was nerfed enough.

The mic would more than likely be an issue during reviews / your t mod phase, possibly you could use a mic for reviews and sits during your t mod phase. Even I take more sits typing than using my mic anymore, they're still efficient so I feel like after you've learned the logs menu and commands it wouldn't be much of a problem.
Since there is no current rule or standard for applicants to have a mic, I'll +1

Definitely aim to be more active on both the Discord and Forums.

I'm gonna go ahead and give this a +1 just off of seeing you in-game and how you interact with the community. As long as no warns or any information I do not know about come along, then I don't have any issues seeing you as a T Mod.

From what I've seen and heard from other staff members, Night Light did great his first attempt at T Mod but unfortunately had to take a break due to activity. As long as you don't think those activity issues will arise again, I see no reason not to give you a +1

The only way this would be allowed is if you were of a raiding job, and had done /advert raid. If someone was going to kill you, you would either need to provide a clip of their clear intent to kill, or for you to take at least 1dmg. We have no "Fear RP" here.

It only takes 3 to equal out to a MRDM ban, and considering Blondee and myself were both victims I am more than sure that more people reported their death as random.

Although you did not put a dollar amount for anyone who called the number, you are still making a clear offer over and over again in OOC.

Not knowing how to spell "doodlebob" isn't necessarily a reason to prolong a sit, you could've easily of made your name anything else and then changed once you knew how to spell it.

In my opinion, I would've gone the route of offering you the chance of giving compensating all of those you owed. Also digging through your logs I can see that you were putting your number in chat for the better half of an hour, and is really about all you did during your time on the server so I mean if players reported you, and Tango felt as if it was justified he could've just gone the route of NiTRP.

I claimed a ticket from KingJax stating that people were chasing him around, calling him racist and that one of them RDM'd him. I bring Meowskii into my sit, and I asked him why he killed KingJax, all he responded with was "Because he's being racist". I asked him for a clip, he could not provide one so I write out his warn and get ready to send him back when he then kills KingJax again.

This was the time that Meowskii killed KingJax (moments before the sit was made). With you being the instigator means I had to look at the following things; whether or not you had a KOS sign; whether or not you were provoked (mugged, damaged, raided). None of those were the case, to me it seems like you walked into your base, seen someone you don't like and killed them.

You may have accidentally hit your undo key, because when I checked there was no clear presented "KOS" sign at this building.

I apologize if I came off a bit swift with my actions, maybe I missed something. Either way, I understand heated moments and how annoying some other players can be. Hopefully furthering your experience on Aether we can make a better relationship.

Although I can see how in your eyes it's just another internet meme, but our player base goes as low as 10/11. Being homophobic is never okay, joking about genocide is never okay. Try and give it longer before reappealing again.

Lonestar apologized to me himself the day he came back from his ban, I hold no hard feelings and understand a bad and stressful day. Although the things that were said are strictly disallowed, I would not mind one bit seeing you back on the discord.
