General Questions How can you contribute to Aether?: I’m extremely active and I try my best to get along with everybody and I do my best to help new players when I have the chance. I also have a lot of experience as DarkRP staff and have experience with the current log system. (You may steal entities that are accessible without breaching) If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes List all default Laws of The Land: 1. Raiding is illegal. 2. Drugs, money printers, and explosives are illegal. 3. Bitcoin Racks are illegal (small versions excluded) 4. Harming other citizens is illegal unless in self defense 5. Threats are illegal 6. Kidnapping, theft, and harming another player is illegal 7. Shooting in public is illegal 8. Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the police officer’s life is in danger. 9. AOS/KOS Laws must have a 10 second warning before enforcing them. How many bases can you own per party?: You can only own one base per party. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: To start, I would gag/mute them and give them a verbal warning to regain control of the sit and if the problem persisted and the player was still uncooperative, I would punish the player based on what they were accused of giving the story of the person accusing them and the logs check out. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, minging and harassment are both punishable. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: A staff member uses noclip to fly into someone's base or godmode to raid someone without dying. I would try to contact a higher-up about the situation and make a report in Staff Reports on the forums. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: If it was someone in the middle of mass rdming I would do my best to freeze them as soon as possible, then teleport them to me and find out what is going on. If it was mass rdm ai would probably ban them for 2 weeks or so. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: Bring the mayor to a sit and explain to him why he needs to turn it off and how to do it in the case he may be new and if he refuses from then, I would demote him of kick him. I won't argue in my application thread but I'd like to clear some things up by firstly stating that I've only had 2 interactions with you and both were negative. The first time I met you, you were standing outside of my base refusing to leave, claiming I was breaking a rule by having props stacked on my wall to prevent people from blowtorching inside although it was not a fading door and on the opposite side of my base from the entrance. You then called staff to come see it (BLKBEARD), who then cleared up the fact that it was not against the rules. The second encounter I had with you was in OOC chat when you made a baseless claim that someone in staff was abusing powers due to you randomly picking up a weapon and accusing someone of spawning it in and giving it to you, even though it's a commonly known bug that happens to everyone. Didn't mean to come across as rude but I just would like to suggest that you ask questions before making accusations in the future.
