-1 I don't usually like to -1 an application unless I feel that the application absolutely deserves it. I feel that anyone deserves a chance on the staff team but with the interaction I just had with you an hour ago I can't endorse that type of behavior. This application is hard to read due to part of the layout missing, you don't have much activity, and I'm not really sure who you are.    In the sit I just had with you, you called fail raid. The raider had a typo in his advert, I explained to him that I understood it was a mistake on his end and to be more careful next time. I gave him an RIS with you also agreeing that was okay. However, the behavior you showed towards the raider would be considered unacceptable as a staff member. You argued with them, said something along the lines of "no wonder that baby is crying" to  the child in the background who was indeed crying but you shouldn't say something like this, or even try to throw a jab at someone or argue with them when you have the desire to be staff. You need to show maturity and that you have thick enough skin to be on the team. The amount of insults, and things we hear on the daily is way worse than what happened in that sit, and I need to know that you can handle it for me to consider +1ing this application. Again, I believe anyone who is mature enough should have at least a chance at T-Mod, but with your activity as well as what I just mentioned I can't see any reason to not -1 this application. I wish you the best of luck, and suggest that you should just think about what I've said. My rating will change, and I will edit this reply if I can see improvement, more activity, and I get to know you a little better. Just take what I've said and apply it to the next time you're in a sit. Show you understand, and don't let someone's words get to you.   Good luck!

For the short amount of time ive been playing, ive noticed multiple mass rdmings, nlr breaks, and false raid adverting, without proper punishment. I used to play Darkrp a lot when i was really young, and only recently got back into it, when i found this server someone told me it used to be called retribution and i know i used to play that server a lot back in the day, so it means something to me to be able to help keep the server clean and free of trolls. 10. Well I follow orders, i know the basic psychology of a troll (i definitely used to be one), i know i need to get both sides of the story during sits, and not let ego or personal opinion sway my decisions, rules are rules. With that in mind, i feel i could make a great impact on the servers troll economy if you will. 11. I have read the rules fully, understood them, and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible. Questions/Concerns: I have two warnings from 2022 for nsfw sprays, i dont remember this, conveniently enough, but i assure im not that kind of person anymore. Its been a bit since ive used Garrys mod, so some things such as certain tools and the way they work aswell as commands involving being staff i would need training on. Rule Questionaire: RDM: A player walks up to another player who is minding their business, and shoots them dead unprovoked. NLR: A player is being raided and gets killed during the raid, they come back before 10 minutes is up and or tries to kill the person raiding them. Sign: Building signs OR RP Only signs If RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back? No, just create a sit and solve it that way, killing them back just makes the situation more confusing and harder to deal with. A staff abusing their power could be something as simple as using commands or permissions given to staff to benefit themselves or maltreat a non staff player. Or a staff member using their ego or personal opinion to sway the actual rules and punishments that follow the said broken rule. An example of this could be a staff member gets a sit request from a player, that player (A) states they were RDM'd by another player (B), Player A explains his side of the story and it seems right, so the staff member just warns/kicks/bans Player B without the other side of the story.  

like tani mentioned first forums post being your staff app isnt ideal, even tho forums are kinda dead you should remain active on this platform when possible. You've got a calm and positive attitude in game based off of my interactions. more player interaction doesnt hurt.    +1

yeah not that it's required but having your first forums post be a staff app is not ideal   just increase activity / socializing on forums (more importantly discord imo) and you should be golden   +0.01
