Play time could use some work. I haven't personally seen you much recently or seen you interact with the community. You also have some active warns, I don't really remember the context for when I warned you but it's quite a few active RDM warnings. As mentioned already, although you don't have anything directly wrong with your application, it's a tad short on the answers. I highly encourage you to elaborate so we can see how in-depth your rule knowledge is. At this current time my opinion is -1. Stay out of trouble, keep up your activity, and try to get some meaningful interactions in with the community and you may have a shot. Good luck!
