I have spoken to you in the past about your issues and made them clear - you have chosen to be blind to them and pretend they don't exist. I really don't care if it seems out of nowhere to you or others, it's not - you are constantly causing issues every time you are actually playing. I'll be honest in saying that a permanent ban was also considered and still a possibility, you have only one more chance when you return to clean up your act and stop making players miserable.  Appeal denied.

My first interactions with you were fine as far as I remember when you joined under the name Evan. I’ve made 4 reports recently, one being for a staff members odd behavior towards me. Mentioned it to higher ups never heard back about it. Took it to forums. Part of the report included this staff members deliberately opening and closing tickets in game (most of my tickets end in ris really other than mrdm or blatant nitrp or toxicity) at that point I felt no need to bother making anything in game about it. The report before that was for Pootin/Wait4It and that wasn’t even really about me. Yes there is a clip of him being unnecessarily vulgar and inappropriate towards me so I included it but I knew how he’s acted towards other players and I didn’t think it had been addressed yet so I threw it up for discussion and what followed that is what it is. I support it. Since then I’ve known pootin to be mostly pleasant in game and not really bothering anyone trying to do right.    After my initial encounter with you that I somewhat remember I guess you decided to group up which is great that you’ve joined a new server and found players to enjoy it with. But if you choose to let them influence your opinion on other players then you’ll probably never have a positive thought about any player that they disagree with and that’s sometimes just how it is. 

James I haven't had much interaction with you and I've only been here about a month or two but my first day I was told about 2-3 people's names on who to watch out for and yours was #1 if you have people telling new players to watch out for you then I think that in itself is a problem, also not going to drop names but a good amount of staff I hang around every time they see a report on the forums or in game from you it's just like Vetes said they go "another one" or "here we go again" I think it's more than an aggressive playstyle and you just taking in game things out of proportion and targeting people you don't like until they quit in my time here I already know 2 who have almost quit and one who took a break. also to end my viewpoint on it if you don't actively dislike any players then why do you treat some so much different and if you had people's interest in mind then why all the reports on minor/useless stuff?

Its hard for me to realize the extent of players I've possibly pushed away i guess because honestly by the time I've stepped away from my desk I've forgotten about it. This is different obviously because once i left for work i was informed i was banned for a month. I feel as if a disagreement in game is construed as me disliking a player as a whole instead of disliking or disagreeing with something they've done. But i really don't feel like I actively dislike any players. There's even been times where I've reached out directly or indirectly to try and smooth things over after having disagreement's and Vetes should know what im referring to in the case of one player. I could've had this player banned at least a hand full of times for RDM/LTAP harassment whatever the case may be and i believe they both know this but by the end of it I chose not to pursue. At one point Armana was one of the players I thought we had overcome disagreements however he often has a change of heart... I understand how my aggressive playstyle can cause strong emotions as ive been told in the past, but ive nearly entirely stopped raiding player built bases (mostly limited to PD raiding and bank raiding without dupes or if players ask me to raid them) Ive been more and more generous with ingame currencies and helping players in trades that im not even getting anything from just looking for their best interest. And as i always have I continue to help players in game/ and in discord with any questions. At the end of the day I’m willing to try and right my wrongs and accept the things I can’t not change. Whether it can be believed or not I never had any meaningful ill intent towards anyone other than in the moment I guess. It boils down to me saying truthfully that I never intended to push anyone away or cause harm or to force anyone to leave KNOWINGLY. 

James is a significant factor as to why I left the staff team, but if I'm honest, I more so blame Jouarams reluctance to deal with James earlier. Everytime a staff report, ticket, or forums report came up involving James it was usually one of those "oh boy, here we go again" kind of reactions, and I know I'm not alone in that feeling. There was a period of time where James and I were butting heads and it was stressful knowing that if I did something he didn't like it'd be straight to the forums to have an argument about it. James constantly uses the rules to harass and target players that he doesn't like and then plays innocent about it when called out. Also, several times in my staffing position I had pointed out things to higher-up staff members that James was doing to intentionally abuse mechanics to gain an advantage over others and, most of the time, Jouaram would respond by changing how the mechanics worked or straight up changing rules surrounding the issue, however, James went unpunished, and I think that's a key issue here. Regarding the sudden ban, this is where I'm sortof on James' side. A month long ban being applied towards stuff that happened in the past, and for things that recently happened, seems a bit out of left field when no previous punishment was given. I think Jouaram should've acted sooner on these incidents and have told James that his behaviour needs to change with suitable punishments in the past. At the end of the day, James is a veteran member of the community that does bring entertainment to the server. He's also has been active in providing suggestions and feedback. I do think a punishment was required to show him that his behaviour needs to change, but I think it needed to happen long ago and then if he repeated it, a longer and harsher sentence would be suitable, which is usually how we treat any player that falls under this category.
