This isn't a difference of wardrobe versions, or maybe I misunderstand. This is people using the new menu UI versus the old menu (console command wardrobe_useNewMenu 0/1). I just checked and I can see both your model and Warlocks model just fine and I'm using the old menu. However, wardrobe is indeed finicky at times and doesn't load for some players, this can sometimes be resolved by disabling and enabling wardrobe and also by clearing your addon/workshop cache.

The Bug You're Experiencing: Been noticing some people requesting their models and people not being able to see them, the result of this is because people using seperate wardrobe updates. Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Some players have the older version while some players have the newer version. Examples of the bug (images, videos):  :Example 1.                                                                                                              :Example 2. Example 1.   Example 2. This is the version a new player is experiencing. the version from example 1. cannot see models requested from example two. I recall seeing this version of wardrobe before example 1, so I had thought example 1 was new and example 2 is older version. Example 2, can see example 1's model requests though.  Both model systems work, example 1 just won't be able to see player models from example 2 until all players are using the same updated version of wardrobe. hope this helps! -Billy Bones.

+1 I think this swep should be fixed and if its abused the player abusing it should have the item removed from their inv after being warned about it of course and letting them know if they continue to abuse it they will lose the item
