There's a lot of reasons on why it was removed and probably won't be coming back unfortunately.

I'm just as surprised as everyone else by this application, I always thought you were anti-staff if that makes sense.
My statement above aside, I've only ever found you to be helpful in sits, very fun to interact with and a pretty chill person overall. Application is pretty well done, and given your dedication to Aether over the last few weeks is solid I don't see any reason you don't deserve a chance.

I'm pretty stuck on this one, I do not believe that Ariestios had intentions on scamming anyone at the time of posting that advert.
I do find it unfair to spam adverts of saying come raid my base with this in return, and then when that finally happens claim semantics & say they failed. I think as the creator of said little 'event', it should have been explained that this base needs to be raided in under 5 minutes, with an official minute marking saying the prize is no longer obtainable if that's the route that was decided for the event.

"Raid my base in under 5 minutes from this message for free contraband"
"5 minutes up! Reward is no longer achievable!"

Otherwise, how would anybody know besides Ariestios himself, the initial message was unclear of the fact that he wanted the raid to be 100% completed and done with in under 5 minutes.

I think the extra 2 minutes and 13 seconds doesn't matter since he ultimately completed the raid. He even killed 4/5 base members before the 5 minute mark.

I agree with this, especially since there was no player report against it. Think since 'damage' done is very minimal, that it doesn't even matter; if legend chooses to say slurs on the server then the ban will just be replaced with another.

After looking into the situation, I fear that you no longer have my benefit of the doubt. I can't quite come to a conclusion with this, but the reason I cannot +1 is because of your implied hate speech warn from Donnie just a little under a month ago. I'm not sure what was said to lead to this warn, but I feel as if it could have been a situation much like this one where one thing is said purposely to make others think you said the bad thing. I'd honestly suggest leaving warn, & reducing ban since the current punishment is "Up to 1 week.", maybe just a day or two is just for a situation like this.

@Donnie do you remember anything of the Implied Hate Speech warn, and was it similar to this?

The clip is pretty hard to hear clearly, I don't necessarily hear a slur unless I'm expecting to hear one. This type of situation is best judged by the staff member dealing with it, and since I can hear both makea and the n word I don't think Pancakes was in the wrong. 
I don't see why a regular player would sit at fountain and just repeatedly yell out the n word at fountain without any further reports, but I suppose that has happened before. In the clip I can see @akuma is near, I wonder if they have any insight or opinions to add.

I'd either close the menu or wait a few seconds in between deleting each coinflip. I was able to recreate this bug by spam creating 100k flips and deleting them pretty much instantly, you can see in clip I also lose a reimbursement of one of the 100k flips.

Do you have any clips or anything of before crash?

From what I understand the only thing done wrong was the player who made the racist remark was not given a Racism | RIS. Though, if you don't feel as if that were enough you can choose to report the player in another post and see other staff & community member opinions. Overall I don't necessarily believe there was any wrongdoing on Akumas part.

As @akuma's mentor, I've instructed him to give a Racism | RIS warn to the player in question. This may or may not change based on the conclusion of the report.

Teekay was banned the morning of the report for MRDM NITRP Prop Block, this part of the report is resolved.

If not for the way you worded the appeal I'd +1. Don't act like you getting banned is just some total crazy random event, you broke a very obvious rule and was punished for it. I've seen you in-game tons, so maybe next appeal.
