Ive staffed before but it was with ULX commands but its been some time since then. Im often active in the server I do afk a lot during the day but when Im active its usually for a fair amount of time. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes Ive read the rules and understand and feel comfortable enforcing them correctly and unbiased Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes Ive got no issue accepting critisism from peers and following instruction. Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: Yeah thats light work. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: Raids can last up to ten minutes after a proper advert is used If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: 30 minutes after the raid advert What initiates a raid?: A raid is initiated when the player adverts "/advert Raid" If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: As long as the player is a thieving job who is allowed to steal they can do so without adverting if there is no need to lockpick or use another form of breaching tool. Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): "/advert Raid" is the simplest form but youre allowed a little bit of pizzazz in the correct format If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No that would be RDM considering you havent annouced youre raiding If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No if youre arrested during a raid the raid is over and you must continue waiting your 30 minute cooldown If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No that is revenge rdm if you are Rdmed and you want to take action a ticket should be made about it A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: If it was the instigators first offense a verbal warn would be given after I let them know what theyve done wrong List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and stealing is illegal Raidables detected by the contrabaned scanner are always illegal Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted How many bases can you own per party?: A player can have one raidable base and one RP-Only base A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Depending on their actions I would use the necessary means to assist their cooperation If say they were spamming chat id mute them, mic spamming id gag them and so on. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes to begin with Its creating a poor environment for other players and if it becomes a serious issue could be considered harassment. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of staff abusing their powers would be spawning weapons to use to their advantage in a raid or pvp, or using their staff powers otherwise for some sort of advantage like raiding or pvping in god mode. I would handle it by letting a superior know whats going on A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Id first try to determine if the player is simply killing his friends thats not such a big deal unless someone makes a report though if it were someone just killing randoms for their joy id take them to admin land freeze them in place let them know what they did wrong and depending on their previous warns punish them accordingly. ThiccYe Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 My only issue with you becoming staff would be your attitude towards other players, especially ones you aren’t a fan of, as well as the perception you give when you make jokes that are a bit too edgy. You make a lot of jokes that are borderline NSFW or toxic, and as a player it can be a bit of fun but as staff it would only let mingey players think that it’s okay and they will take it too far. As for your attitude towards other players, I feel as though you can get vindictive towards players you don’t like, and that can lead to being a biased staff member. I appreciate the input and understand changes about my behavior at times would need to be made. I’ve already begun to make those changes in the previous weeks Edit: Another thing to add is it’s been a shared account for awhile so that would obviously come to and end.
