as vetes said, if you get this worked up over stuff like this I don’t think you will workout well as staff at all. The amount of stuff we hear on a daily basis is a lot worse than what people have said to you, and I personally don’t think you would be able to deal with it in a professional manner. 

This app is very poorly written and it's clear that you have ulterior motives with staffing. I don't think you would be a good fit for staff anytime in the near future. I recommend you just enjoy the server as a regular player for a while. I would avoid or make amends with the players that you have issues with in the server.   -1

I don't know the full context but I just noticed you said this in OOC, referring to your staff application. I understand if something frustrated you but this is certainly not a way for a potential staff member to respond to any situation. As I said in game, if people can get to you this easily as a non-staff member, it'll be even more difficult as a staff member as you're under much more scrutiny.

-1 Your last app was literally pretty much summed up on what the questions where, and it got closed, thats your first - you will "keep peace" meaning you have problems with multiple people, and is just overall a red flag for everyone to see. You have a lot of miss spelling. you need articulate sentences instead of "the amount of bullshit i have dealt with is millions to one.", with incorrect sentences, bad grammar, no punctual work. its just overall trash, especially, you're 17 taking english 3, you should know how to form correct sentences.
