Why do you want to be Staff?: I want to be Staff because I care for the community of Aether and want to contribute to keeping it a welcoming, fair, and active space. I like helping people, soothing conflicts, and supporting that place where others connect with each other and create.
How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: By enforcing rules consistently and compassionately, welcoming newcomers, de-escalating conflicts, and organizing small community initiatives that boost engagement.
Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes.
Space for any extra comments you might have (feel free to speak your mind):N/A
Rule Questionnaire
Give one example of RDM: Killing a player who’s not involved in any roleplay or threat. Exemple: you walk into the town square and shoot someone who’s just walking around with no RP reason or provocation.
Give one example of NLR: You’re killed during a firefight at the docks, respawn, then immediately run back to the docks to retrieve your gear or seek revenge. (You must not return to the scene or act on knowledge from that life.)
What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?:A visible sign reading something like “NON-RAIDABLE / DO NOT RAID — NO LOOT”
If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No. Retaliation is not allowed — you should report the incident to staff with timestamps/screenshots/video instead of taking revenge.
Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: A moderator teleports into an active fight, uses god-mode/invisibility to kill one side, then issues a ban to the victim without evidence or justification. (Any use of staff tools for personal gain, unfair kills, or unjust bans is abuse.)
+/- Honestly, wish you'd properly filled it out, and went over the application a bit better, or when in a better mindset. Other then that I know you're mature enough to handle staff, but would need mentored to that point. You under stand the rules & community basis. Like previous people have said, you need to properly fill out your application, and think a little better, and maturely on your responses, treat it more as an important job application instead of a Garry's mod staff application.
