Instead of either or you would actually check the players previous warnings then base there next punishment on that. the order is WW->5m jail -> 10m Jail - > up to a 1d ban 1 RP and 1 Non RP as part of the new rules Summary: Overall you are a solid long time player with no issues or serious warns and are an active positive member of the community, your app could use a little work but nothing we couldn't work out over the tmod phase. +1

You have a pretty longstanding playtime on the server as well as a pretty good reputation and being consistently active. I know you have in the passed done a bit of more minor rulebreaking but have not in quite a long time. As long as you maintain this good behavior and solid playtime you should have zero issues with staffing. +1

I don't really understand this, the old version of tits unbelievably stale and the new map is exactly the same with the addition of some spots but everything else stayed the same. Even all the old dupes work, not to mention ridiculously better performance. Is there a specific part of the new map you think is worse?

I really think you have made good on pretty much everything you said you would change. You mentioned that you were going to get your activity back up to where it was previously was which I have seen as well as trackable on gamestracker that you have been incredibly active in the server. I also have not seen you been remotely toxic or anything that would indicate that behavior, I also have seen you go out of your way to help other players and for that I am willing to change my vote +1

It's not as much that your warns are overly concerning to the point you will not get staff but it is that coupled with low to no activity recently. I have seen you on frequently in the past and have no doubt you will have an issue staying out of trouble and getting your activity back up and consistent but both of those do need to happen before I am fully comfortable +1ing this but I think I would have no issue doing so in another 2 weeks in your next application go around. Keep showing us you are ready, your on the right track -1 just for this go around

Very well done and thought out application, I very much like you attention to detail. You have been chill in game, polite in sits and nice when ever we have interacted in game. You do have a few previous warning, though they are quite old now just make sure to stray away from that behavior like you have been.
