Puppy you have been a dedicated player for as long as i can remember you know the corks of the server pretty well and your rule knowledge is on point, i have had nothing but good interactions with you and all have been good times! i have no reason to -/+ or -1 this app i believe you deserve a chance at tmod! There is no way to "void NLR". Interacting with the same player who would have killed you, if you hadn't offed yourself is breaking NLR.

Even if you had returned to simply ask for a base tour, the other party was obviously not okay with it as the report wouldn't of been made.

as perc stated there is no way to "void NLR" NLR count's no matter the case UNLESS its blatant RDM, I put NiTRP because in my eyes you are there to annoying those players and have fun on your terms and was enough to have someone report you over it you also told me that emmit and baked told you that "suiciding does not count as NLR" baked was still looking for an answer to the question I already knew please reframe from suiciding to avoid gameplay as it does in fact still count as NLR, just because the NLR timer didn't show doesn't mean you are not breaking the rule still.

you typing in forum chat box or @'ing me in the discord does not help your situation this to me shows you are just tryin to be a minge and ruin other players time in the server 

if we just keep nerfing the permas that get dropped every weapon is gonna end up being the same and its not gonna be fun anymore find ways around it, my opinion I think its fine as it is

Here's the logs from way back then that I had submitted, since the rules/guidelines had changed a bit since this incident the ban may no longer hold depending how the community sees it. I can remember pretty clearly that you acted out in a very toxic manner when spoken to about your prop block, I even had to gag you according to logs.

Extremely unacceptable to say the things that were said DDOS threat are one thing but to tell someone to "kys" is another story, actions have consequences and there is a time and place for everything this was not the time nor the place to use that type of vulgar language.

 This app seems to be very well made and seems like you took your time to fill it out, in regards to what others said, Personally I haven't been to active on the server but interacting with others around and RP'ing is the best way for the community to know you and for people to know how you hold yourself in game having a good attitude & good head on your shoulders goes a long ways!

Your answer to this one was a bit odd to be, you should be listening to all staff around you especially when they are trying to help, if you ever get the sense a staff member could be doing something that would be considered them being corrupt you should report it to higher ups immediately

Someone intentionally go out of there way to ruin someone else's time is always against the rules and could be considered NITRP or harassment depending on the case

Additional Comments: Your staff application is pretty well done but could definitely use some work in the above noted areas, My only main critique for you is I have not interacted with you in game or interacted with you when you have been on, make sure to RP around a bit and interact with the community to help yourself become known to the community, this can also be done by being active on the forums or on discord.

Tremor summed this up pretty well and I would have to agree, haven't interacted with you to much to know you well enough go around and talk to other players of the community and make a name for yourself! at this time I'm going neutral

i got so excited seeing this ngl

you have been one of the most active players on Aether and pretty much including yourself into every roleplay or situation possible, your rule knowledge is though the roof, most of the staff team and players are on great terms with you and you manage to stay out of trouble no matter the amount of chaos you cause :) I have no doubt you'll be a great part of the team AC, please do try and stay focused and on track when it comes to be serious in certain situations. 

There is a time and place for everything :)
