+ Good playtime + Nothing but good interactions + No warns in over a month The mic would more than likely be an issue during reviews / your t mod phase, possibly you could use a mic for reviews and sits during your t mod phase. Even I take more sits typing than using my mic anymore, they're still efficient so I feel like after you've learned the logs menu and commands it wouldn't be much of a problem. Since there is no current rule or standard for applicants to have a mic, I'll +1 Definitely aim to be more active on both the Discord and Forums.

I'm gonna go ahead and give this a +1 just off of seeing you in-game and how you interact with the community. As long as no warns or any information I do not know about come along, then I don't have any issues seeing you as a T Mod.

Previous Staff Very good knowledge of rules and their punishments Excellent playtime From what I've seen and heard from other staff members, Night Light did great his first attempt at T Mod but unfortunately had to take a break due to activity. As long as you don't think those activity issues will arise again, I see no reason not to give you a +1

It's actually just one base per party. If they continued to not listen how would you intervene and stop the lockdown besides warning the player? OVERALL I believe with the right amount of coaching/teaching FirePhox would make a good addition to the staff team. + Good in-game interactions + 0 warns + Great playtime! Best of luck, FirePhox! 100% correct. You may return to your OWN base upon release from jail whilst being raided. If a lockdown is unjustified it is okay to give the mayor the second chance to turn it off; however if players are complaining, it could mean they're either being killed/arrested so in my opinion waiting til after the 10 minute lockdown limit to demote/forcefully turn off the lockdown is just way too long. OVERALL Only great interactions in-game Good playtime Not many critiques for me to make! If Night Light gains a good amount of community support then I see no reason as of right now to not +1! (I was not able to find active time via game tracker nor see warns in-game if someone else could post as needed.)

You seem to have a feel for rules and their punishments for the most part Seems to have the maturity we look for in staff Better in-game playtime!
