@Ballsack I do apologize for the punishment that was provided, RIS (Resolved In Sits) should only be provided when both parties come to an agreement and or accept an apology from the player. They are strictly just to show that the sit occurred.   Since it was an RDM, and you being the reporting party not agreeing with an RIS, I have removed the RIS and adjusted it to a reflect the punishment in which he would receive. @Armana You can review your updated punishment in !warns in game.   As stated in the other report being overzealous and causing unneeded drama between you two will only make situations involving you to worse. No rule states you have to interact with all players.  Report Accepted

First and foremost, I would like to address what Perc said above. If you dont like each other than dont interact with each other. Their isnt a rule that said you have to interact with every player at all times. Being overzealous to each other will only get both of you in trouble.   @Ballsack What was said and the context it was said in is considered NSFW and is not permitted. With the amount of time you have on the server, I do believe you know better when it comes to the rules and the general context that we dont allow on Aether with that being said you will be issued a punishment which can be viewed in game via !warns.   Reported Accepted

Joking around is one thing, but this just went to a weird place? Both of you keep picking and poking at each other and it is so childish. If you guys don't like each other it shouldn't be hard to stay away/ignore what the other says, and avoid the obvious bait you both have going on right now

RIS is a way to say that all players came to an agreement/understanding, and that the reported party does not need the full punishment and only has a warn applied for future references. However, Peckers first time staffing RIS did have a little bit of a different meaning and would be applied in situations where the rule breaking had minimal impact on gameplay, or was a genuine mistake; I don't believe Pecker has any fault here, as this has not been explained since he returned. To hold players more accountable for the way they behave and act on the server, I do think the warning should be changed to reflect the correct punishment, even if Armana doesn't actually receive one. +1

+1 I believe ballsack was just joking around with what he was saying, and didn't really have bad intentions. However, Armana was obviously uncomfortable with the situation and didn't think it was funny. I believe ballsack should get the warn in this case as Armana asked him to stop, and ballsack continued.
