PD and bank is reduced from 20 minutes to 10 minutes If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: the player must wait 20 minutes minimum to go back and to try raiding the same base What initiates a raid?: to initiate a raid and advert must be put in chat whether it be the player typing "/advert raid" or having a bind to do so for them If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: (edited) the player can if accessible without a lockpick. The player must be the right job that is aloud to steal to do so Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): "/advert raid/assist" for a regular base raid "/advert pd raid" for pd. "/advert bank raid" for bank If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, you cannot kill the owner of the base unless you advert raid. Once arrested the player should advert over If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, in the case of you killing a player who RDM'D you in a fit of revenge it would be revenge RDM still being a form of RDM A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: dependent on the players previous actions if it's happened many times before it'd be considered minging, however on a first time offense it'd be a verbal warning List all default Laws of The Land:(edited) Laws of the land, Raiding Moneys printers, Drugs, explosives, Bitcoin racks (not including the smaller ones), harming other platers unless you are defending your base, life threats, kidnapping, theft, harming other players is all illegal, Having a gun license makes all weapons the user has legal whilst holstered. Laws enforced with AOS not KOS unless Law enforcement life is in danger or the player is wanted. How many bases can you own per party?: no matter how many players are in the party the maximum amount of bases is 1 base per party A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: if the player is refusing to let others speak or talking over others they will be muted until the others are done saying what they have to say, if the player dose not agree about my way of taking the sit I would inform them they can always file a staff report on the forums, if the player attempts to run away in a sit they will be frozen. And if the player commits RDM in the sit aswell as ltap they will be banned for 4 hours Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes you can, because if a new player joins and gets ahold of a gun and starts to mass RDM and say "i just wanted to have fun" not only did that player break rules but also ruined others experience and could've made players lose valuables Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: a staff abusing their powers can be many different things ranging from removing players bases, freezing, muting, or gagging players for no reason. only being a Tmod I cant do much but get a higher up as soon as I can with video proof of the staff abusing powers A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: if a player is excessively RDMing first freeze the player to stop them from continuing to do anything. I feel like some of your answers could use some work in regards to length, the actions you would take and what exactly you would be warning the players for. All this being said however the way you handle mayor was wrong here. IF a player is refusing to turn it off you would give them another chance to do it with the consequence of being demoted if they refuse again. Some of you're answer could use a little more detail but for the most part, I think I understand and can correlate the answer the real scenarios. you have great play time love to see it. the way you would handle sits is up to par with what I would want to see outta a T-Mod we have a staff handbook that has all out punishments and code we follow That being said ima go +1 on this i think you'll have no problem with staffing lets read the staff hand book a couple of times and get a better understanding of our punishments +1 Edited July 30, 2022 by Lofi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've spent most of my time on gmod in this server, but it's been over a long span of time (playing every so often). How should I fix this problem? One of the main things we look for in staff is consistent activity. Conclusion While I don't remember having any issues with you in the past (when u know we first joined and were getting our start) Right now you just got back and clearly need to get back up to date on all the changes in rules and everything else.
