I will keep this server maintained every minute that i am online and will most likely only be on staff duty when i play i have not been on that server this long but i really like it and feel like it deserves to be kept under control and make it more populated from people talking about it and telling others to join. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: most definitely DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: 30 minutes What initiates a raid?: Adverting the raid If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes but only if your job can steal Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert raid coming in!! or /advert party raid we blowing in!!! If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: Yes as long as they are in distance of messing with the raid If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No you will have to wait out cooldown If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No you need to take report to an admin and handle it properly or they might report you A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: see their previous warnings and warn them for RDM and if needed ban for RDM if warned way to many times List all default Laws of The Land: raiding is illegal items that can be scanned by the contraband scanner are illegal damaging other people are illegal unless it is to defend your base shooting a dangerous weapon in public is illegal laws must be enforced with AOS and not KOS unless officers life is in danger or player is wanted created laws must be something that players go out of their way to do. laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are not allowed the mayor can choose to make dangerous weapons legal or illegal when owned or held but no other weapon based laws How many bases can you own per party?: only 1 A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: warn them that if they do not co-operate then it will lead to a ban Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes and no it would be for a reason of not letting them be able to do anything as in build their base keep killing them mic spamming or anything for that matter but if they do not see it as such a big deal then no action would be required as long as they leave them alone when asked or warning them with /advert warning leave me alone and killing them now if he comes back and starts doing it again and it is irritating yes because we want everyone to have fun in the server not just one person Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: using their noclip to go into someones base and raid them from their or breaking rules because they think they have higher authority over everyone. you would get the name and talk to report it to the owner or higher up and let them handle the situation but stay in contact to give extra detail if needed. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?:pull them to the admin sit ask them why pull up logs to confirm the killing then ban them for MASS RDM A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: warn the mayor that if their is no reason he needs to turn it off and if he refuses again you will need to take further action maybe leading to a ban Extra Comments: I have wanted to be a admin for a gmod RP server and would like to start here i may not have gmod admin experience but i have been admin for 3 fivem which is serious rp servers so i know the important role that admins play in a server and I will always be making sure that i keep this server in the best shape that i possibly can with the help of fellow admins. If they are doing things like using a racial or homophobic slur again mute/gag and then add that punishment at the end (continue the investigation) if what they did in the sit rises to the level of a ban then sure Add that up with the original punishment. If its there second offense of enabling a city wide lock down and they refuse to turn it off ban them? If so that is not quite how it would work. First offense would be a Verbal warning (logged in awarn) and you would demote them. If they have multiple warns for that same thing then maybe we would ban them.
