I will also never abuse any power I might receive and will only use them for staffing purposes. I am also on when there are normally no staff on and will be more than happy to help during these times. I also have prior experience in staffing and would love to help the Ather community more. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Absolutely. I have read and understand the rules. I will have no problem enforcing them. If I have questions I will refer to the rules or will ask for a fellow staff members help. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes, I will follow the staff guide and am always open to critique and advice. Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: Yes! I am fairly confident that I will be able to! DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes from when they adverted the raid. If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: They must wait 30 minutes to raid the same base again. What initiates a raid?: Adverting the word Raid initiates the raid. If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes, but only if 1. The items to steal can be accessed without having to use any raid tools and 2. The job that they are stealing on allows them to steal. Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): (Phrases can be added but it has to say what raid you are doing) /advert Raid /advert PD Raid /advert bank Raid If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, the advert initiates the raid. So if the base owner gets killed before the raider(s) advert raid, it is RDM. If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: If you are the one raiding, getting arrested ends the raid. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, revenge RDM is not a valid RP reason to kill someone therefore it is still RDM. So you will both be punished most likely. A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: They would be punished for RDM. The specific punishment would depend on the players offences/Warns for RDM. List all default Laws of The Land: 1. Raiding and stealing is illegal 2. Raidables detected by the contraband scanner are always illegal. 3. Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it. 4. Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: It depends how they are being uncooperative. If they are being noisy and refuse to be quiet, I can gag them and for typing mute (gimp for both). If they keep running away, I would freeze them in place. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, This would fall under the low-end harassment category in the staff Handbook. If a player is being harassed in any way staff should intervene ASAP. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of a staff member abusing their power is nocliping into people's bases while off duty and using their physgun off duty or without good reason. If another staff member is abusing their power, I would report it to the proper higher up. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would freeze them to prevent further RDM and bring them to the proper sit area for proper punishment or tpjail them if it is available. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would ask why they enabled lockdown and if they don't give me a valid reason, I'd ask for them to turn it off. If they refuse, I would then demote/warn them then turn off the lockdown myself. Based off what I have seen, you seem to be mature and respectful. Your staff app is well written and has had great effort put into it. You have also made a decent impact on the community!
