I want to bring positivety to aether, and want to help others have a good experience on aether I enjoy aether a lot i have played garrys mod for quite some time now and ive always liked staffing and have great dedication to staffing i believe that i can contribute to aether with all the stuff i have learned from my previous staffing and just all the time i have been on aether/ Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: i fully understand the rules and have fully read them recently. Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: yea thats easy prolly more DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: a raid can only last 10 minutes If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: :30 minutes per base as soon as you advert is when your cooldown starts. What initiates a raid?: /advert raid for a normal base for banks its /advert bank raid for pd its /advert pd raid If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: yes if the job is allowed to steal in order to know if the player is allowed to you can look in the job description in the f4 menu. Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert raid /advert bank raid /advert pd raid If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: no you have to wait for the player to advert raid no matter what it is not allowed If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No because it ends your raid because you were arrested. Also, one of the laws of the land is that raiding and stealing is illegal. and if you were to return it would be failrp. theirfor you can not return to your raid and you need to /advert over in order to end the raid. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No the reason being is because that is called revenge RDM. Revenge Rdm isnt allowed on this server it also breaks nlr instead you should make a sit by using the @(message) in order to call for a staff and explain to him what happend if their are no staff on you can always make a post on https://aethernetwork.gg/index.php. A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?:I would first check the players warns. if its their 1st offence a WW and I explain why to the player. 2nd offense 5m jail >> 3rd offence 10m jail >> 1d ban List all default Laws of The Land: 1. Raiding and stealing is illegal. 2. Raidables detected by the contraband scanner are always illegal 3. Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it. 4.Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 base A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Freeze them check their warns give them their punishment explain why hes getting the punishment and tell him if he wants it to be removed/etc to go to the fourms and appeal it their Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: yes >>> if another player is ruining someones else times you can warn them i would warn them for low end harrasment i would check their warns to see if they have any other perivous warns if its their 1st offence it would be a WW >> 2nd 15 minute jail >> ban up to 3 days. Report to a higher up A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: bring them to admin land freeze them look at their previous warns. if 1st offence 3 day ban >> 2nd offence 1 week ban >> 3rd offence 2 week ban tell the player their punishment and they can appeal their ban on the fourms. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: end the lockdown, give him his punishment, tell him why he is recieving his punishment and if he has an issue with it he can take it to the forums to appeal it/etc. I would warn him for job abuse so a WW if first offense. >> 2nd offence 10 minute jail >> 3rd offence 15 minute jail.
