I would enforce the rules, leaving no gray areas if possible.     Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I am comfortable enforcing the rules as I know them. On the rare occasion if I were to have any questions about any rules I would have no issue asking a higher up.     Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes, of course. Anybody with higher ranking can tell me how they want the rules to be enforced.     Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: I am comfortable with those requirements.  DarkRP Rule Questions      Raids can last how long?: No longer than 10 Minutes long.     If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: No less than 30 minutes long.     What initiates a raid?: A raid advert must be created before using any raid tool to correctly initiate a raid, a raid has to start with "/advert Raid" or "/advert raid Assist" (Adverts used for gameplay (PD Raids, Bank Raids, Raids) must be the first words posted in the advert.)     If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Only if the job allows it, and if you can get in without using raiding tools. (Job examples - bitcoin farmer/meth head/master runner)     Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert Raid     If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No. But if they are within microphone distance and you correctly advert in front of the base entrance to start a raid, then You can kill members of the base. BUT only after you raid advert while they are within microphone distance of the base’s entrance. Also leaving microphone distance of the base forfeits the raid.     If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: Yes the arrest ends the Raid, and as long as you wait your NLR timer/Arrest you can return to where you were raiding. But in order to raid the same base again you would need to wait out the entire 30 minute raid timer.     If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, that would be interpreted as "Revenge RDM". You and the other guy still would be warned for RDM. You can only defend yourself in the same life situation. The RP situation is over when you die.     A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: The player would still be warned/jailed/banned for RDM (depends on warn history). RDM (Random Deathmatch) occurs if you damage or kill another player without a valid reason from your current in-game life.     List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and stealing is illegal. Raidables detected by the contraband scanner are always illegal. Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it. Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted.     How many bases can you own per party?: All jobs can build 1 raidable base and 1 RP-Only base per party.     A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would freeze and or mute/gag the player if needed, then I would explain the rules that were broken either by them or someone else.     Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes if it's intentional they can be warned and this could be considered low end harassment as well.     Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of staff abusing their powers would be giving little to no punishment to a friend who is breaking the rules. If I saw this I would report it to a higher up knowing the power abusing staff member should know better.     A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would teleport the player and freeze them in place at adminland. I would punish them accordingly based on what they had done. If the player was proven to be mass rdming they would receive a 3 day ban for the first offense.     A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: If the mayor is refusing to turn off the lockdown I would go to them and ask them if they have a reason to have a lockdown for so long and if they could turn it off. still if they are uncooperative I would remove the lockdown and demote/warn the mayor for job abuse.  Lets hear what the people think of it 😵+ - + - + - + - + - + - Edited September 30, 2023 by Slippery Gooch 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I haven't had any issues with you that I can recall immediately. You are always a fun and positive player, and as long as that doesn't change I don't have a reason to -1 this application. My statement above aside, I've only ever found you to be helpful in sits, very fun to interact with and a pretty chill person overall. I have noticed you in game a lot lately and see you creating positive interactions in game. It is clear you have a good understanding of the rules coupled with extensive in game play time.
